Omar Mryan is a seasoned executive coach and leadership strategist, dedicated to helping senior leaders navigate pivotal career transitions, secure board roles, and excel in high-stakes leadership environments. As the Founder of Tadah!, Omar combines data-driven insights with bold, innovative coaching techniques to empower executives in building lasting impact and advancing their careers. With experience across North America, MENA, and Europe, he brings a global perspective to leadership challenges and opportunities.
In addition to leading Tadah!, Omar is the founder of ROMA Hired, an executive search firm specializing in leadership placements. This dual expertise uniquely positions him to offer valuable insights into both talent acquisition and executive development. Omar holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago, where he remains actively involved on the Board of Admissions. Omar is an avid Chicago sports enthusiast, travel junkie, and car fanatic. He and his family reside in Chicago.
Omar Mryan is the Founder & Managing Partner of ROMA Hired, a retained executive search firm specializing in senior-level placements across Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Equity portfolio companies. With a foundation built at Russell Reynolds Associates and Caldwell, Omar advises clients on high-impact executive and board appointments—particularly within the Office of the CFO. Known for his strategic precision and market fluency, he partners with global brands to secure transformative leaders. His cross-border experience spans North America, MENA, and Europe.
A graduate of the University of Chicago in Economics and Political Science, Omar also serves on its Board of Admissions. He lives in Chicago with his family and is passionate about cars, sports, and global travel.
Brian Duffy

Brian is a decorated operations executive with extensive experience leading large-scale transformations across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Higher Education, Energy, and Private Equity. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Tadah!, Brian has been instrumental in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Throughout his career, Brian has led transformative changes aimed at enhancing the customer experience while optimizing operational capabilities.
Brian holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Beyond his professional career, Brian is passionate about community service, dedicating his time as a head coach in a local youth basketball league. This volunteer work has enriched his leadership skills and allowed him to make a positive impact on young athletes’ lives.
Lorraine Caie
Director, Executive Coach
Lorraine Caie, Director, Executive Coach at Tadah!, is a transformation leader and executive coach specializing in financial strategy, leadership development, and large-scale change management. With experience across banking, insurance, investments, and professional services, she helps senior leaders navigate career transitions, enhance executive presence, and drive organizational success.
She also serves as Managing Partner – Advisory & Transformation at ROMA Hired, leading restructurings, mergers, and business integrations. Previously, she held senior roles at Milliman, Ernst & Young, and RSA. A Chartered Accountant and University of Waikato graduate, Lorraine is passionate about empowering executives to maximize their leadership impact. Based in London, she enjoys travel and global business cultures.

Paula is a Strategic Advisor at Tadah!, where she leads enterprise HR transformation and organizational advisory for high-growth clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. With 20+ years of experience in workforce strategy, Paula specializes in performance-driven org design, leadership development, and enterprise change across Fortune 500s and PE-backed ventures.
Prior to Tadah!, she held senior roles at JLL and Deloitte, where she built global Centers of Excellence, led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and advised clients including Google, Meta, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Her cross-sector expertise spans real estate, healthcare, professional services, and technology.
Paula is known for her ability to architect scalable HR systems, guide C-suite leaders through change, and drive measurable ROI from human capital investments. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Speech Communication from Texas State University. She currently serves on the advisory board of BossmakeHer Inc.

As Managing Director at TD Cowen, Tony co-led pricing and valuations for a $12 billion multi-strategy fund, leveraging his expertise to enhance price verification processes and provide strategic insights to senior leaders.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony is deeply committed to fostering diverse talent, co-leading the LatinX Employee Network and mentoring future leaders. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, he brings a global perspective shaped by extensive experience across Europe and Latin America. A Boston College alumnus, Tony enjoys travel, culinary arts, and spending time with his family.
Martin Silveira
COO & Advisory Board Member
Martin serves as the COO & Advisory Board Member for Tadah! A seasoned operations executive, he specializes in corporate strategy, business transformation, and global infrastructure development. As Chief Operating Officer at APR Energy, he has led enterprise-wide functions—Operations, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR—driving operational efficiency and growth in the midstream oil and gas sector.
Martin has overseen large-scale infrastructure projects across six continents, optimizing operations and leading high-impact M&A transactions. He is a strong advocate for governance and sustainability, serving on the ESG Council to enhance environmental responsibility. A Stanford GSB executive education alum, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. A former professional soccer player, he enjoys travel and global cuisine.

Scott Ogilvie is an Advisory Board Member for Tadah!, bringing over 30 years of leadership in corporate law, business strategy, and institutional investment. He has guided organizations through market expansions, cross-border transactions, and capital fundraising, securing over $1 billion USD in institutional investments. Scott played a key role in the American Kuwaiti Alliance, leading efforts that helped designate Kuwait as a major non-NATO ally.
In addition to Tadah!, he serves as an Advisory Board Member for ROMA Hired and sits on the boards of CrossWork, Haibu LLC, Rebus Holdings, and Profusa Inc. A California State Bar member, he holds a J.D. from the University of California College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
